2022 Food and Drink producers applications

The food and drink marquee - Consists of a dedicated Food Hall for retailing food and drink products. There is a mixture of 4, 5, 8, 9, and 11 square metre spaces available. One table and chair are included in the 4 and 5 square metre spaces, 2 tables and 2 chairs are included in the 7,8 and 9 square metre spaces, and 3 tables and 2 chairs are supplied with the 11 square metre spaces. There will be an electricity supply available which must be reserved and paid for at the time of booking.

  • Outdoor Stall

    Outside Trade Space only. Suitable for traders who can provide their own gazebos, or traders whose merchandise will not be affected by adverse weather conditions. Gazebo spaces are 3 x 3 metres, or multiples thereof. If you require a larger space, please get in touch to discuss your requirements by emailing us at info@llandoverysheepfestival.co.uk

  • Public Liability Insurance

    Please upload or send a copy of your public and product liability insurance for a minimum of £5,000,000.00, if it runs out before the show dates please remember to send a copy of the updated certificate before the event.     We are also planning a series of short interviews that will be available on our Facebook and other Social Media pages, with food and drink producers, craft makers, farmers, countryside workers etc in the run up to our event. If you would like to be considered for an interview, please tick the box and someone will be in touch in the near future.

    I / We apply for a Trade Stand space at Llandovery Sheep Festival and agree to abide by the event's terms and conditions, which I / We have read. and will pass these on to all staff and contractors attending the show and ensure that they read and also agree to them.
