Traders Set-up instructions.

Traders are able to access the site and marquees no earlier than 6.30am on Saturday 17th September.

Space for vehicles is limited so we kindly ask that you unload your vehicle as quickly as possible and then park it up in the Mart car-park. Parking passes, and programmes will be left for you in your marquee trading space, those who have booked space only will need to pick up there parking pass from the Wool and Countryside marquee bottom lefthand corner. Parking passes must be displayed.

ALL Vehicles MUST be removed from the festival area no later than 9.30am. on both days.

You are expected to trade from 10am – 5pm Saturday, and 10am – 4pm Sunday.

No vehicles will be allowed back onto the festival site for restocking before 5.30am Saturday. On Sunday, vehicles will be allowed back onto the festival site at 4.30pm for reloading etc.

All stands need to be set up safely without trip hazards, or likelihood of falling objects.

PLEASE BE AWARE WE EXPECT ALL TRADERS TO HAVE HAND SANITIZER ON THEIR STANDS AND READILY AVAILABLE FOR USE BY THE PUBLIC.

If you need assistance a team member will be available in the wool and countryside marquee in the bottom left-hand corner.

If you are looking for something to eat there are several cafes, bakeries, take aways, pubs etc that will be serving food throughout the festival weekend.

**Lost property, to be handed into one of the team, and can be reclaimed from The Pod Space, Kings Road. Opposite the Castle Hotel (can this be located in the Pod?)

No music is to be played on any of the trade stands.

There is a cash point in the Market Square, the Post Office Market Square, Nisa, or at the Co-op stores.
