2022 Caterer / Food Drink Vendor

Street Food Area This area is where visitors can enjoy a selection of food and drink to consume and relax. If you wish to trade in this space, please submit your tender clearly stating the size of your stand/vehicle that you will be trading from, and a sample menu. You will be expected to trade on both days, namely Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th September 2022.
Catering pitches are for anyone selling food and drink during the festival. You bid for the amount you are prepared to pay to trade at the festival and we assess the quality of your bid, unit and menu.
Bids must be in by 30th April 2022, and you will be informed, by email, on Friday 6th May 2022 if your bid has been successful or not.
If successful, you will be invoiced for the bid about which must be paid by 30th May 2022, or your pitch will be offered to another trader.

      I / We apply for a Trade Stand space at Llandovery Sheep Festival and agree to abide by the event's terms and conditions, which I / We have read. and will pass these on to all staff and contractors attending the show and ensure that they read and also agree to them.
