2022 Shopping, Craft & Gifts stall

Craft Marquee and Shopping – This area is suitable for new and established traders, with an emphasis on quality goods. There is a mixture of 4, 6, and 10 square metre spaces. One table and chair are included in the 4 and 6 square metre spaces, 2 tables and 2 chairs are included in the 10 square metre spaces,

  • SHOPPING, CRAFT & GIFTS EXHIBITION SPACE REQUIRED

    One trestle table and one chair included. N.B Applications will be allocated/moved to marquees as the organisers think fit

  • Outdoor Stall

    Outside Trade Space only. Suitable for traders who can provide their own gazebos, or traders whose merchandise will not be affected by adverse weather conditions. Gazebo spaces are 3 x 3 metres, or multiples thereof. If you require a larger space, please get in touch to discuss your requirements by emailing us at info@llandoverysheepfestival.co.uk

    This is for a 2.4m x 1.9m approx pre-erected market stall.

    This is for a 3m x 3m space. If more space is needed, please book multiple spaces. Please note that as this is on hard standing, any gazebo will need weights.

    We believe visitor engagement is important to make an exciting vibrant festival. How will you engage with our visitors?

  • Public Liability Insurance

    Please upload or send a copy of your public and product liability insurance for a minimum of £5,000,000.00, if it runs out before the show dates please remember to send a copy of the updated certificate before the event.     We are also planning a series of short interviews that will be available on our Facebook and other Social Media pages, with food and drink producers, craft makers, farmers, countryside workers etc in the run up to our event. If you would like to be considered for an interview, please tick the box and someone will be in touch in the near future.

    I / We apply for a Trade Stand space at Llandovery Sheep Festival and agree to abide by the event's terms and conditions, which I / We have read. and will pass these on to all staff and contractors attending the show and ensure that they read and also agree to them.
